Welcome to NeuralNarrate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NeuralNarrate website and AI content generation platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by NeuralNarrate, Inc. ("NeuralNarrate," "we," "our," or "us").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Some features of the Service require a subscription. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

We use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content and Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NeuralNarrate and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of NeuralNarrate.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate NeuralNarrate, a NeuralNarrate employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm NeuralNarrate or users of the Service
• To generate content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
• To generate content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service

In no event shall NeuralNarrate, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

NeuralNarrate does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
